Artica Svalbard welcomes Katie Paterson. During her residency, Paterson is undertaking True North, a project which uses satellite imagery and Arctic light to create a unique photographic series. The work will feature images captured over the polar north using the camera on the nano-satellite “EYE”, operated by Sony’s STAR SPHERE space inspiration project. (Photo Tom Warner).
